This lemon juicy pork tenderloin feels fancy yet comes together in minutes. Let Not Just Salad Dressing do all the heavy lifting here, Lemon Miso, Dilly Ranch, or Chili Lime all work wonderfully
Simply season with salt and pepper, marinate the pork anywhere from 1 hour to overnight, and roast at a high temperature for 20 ish minutes and dinner is served. Drizzle on more dressing and sprinkle with sliced scallions.
We love this pork on its own, over rice or a salad, or in a sandwich!
