Lemon Miso Shishitos

Ingredients

1 bag shishitos
-
2 tbsp oil (Zero Acre Cultured Oil or Olive Oil work great!)

¼ cup not just lemon miso
Directions
Wash and pat the peppers dry.
Toss peppers in oil.
Warm your skillet over medium, then add your oiled peppers.
Keep on the stove for about 8 minutes, stirring every 10-15 seconds so that char is evenly distributed across your peppers.
Turn off the heat and serve your shishitos with not just lemon miso!

Note: You can also do your shishitos for about 10 minutes in the oven! Set your oven to 400F and put your shishitos on the top rack to ensure a bit of char.
