Easy Roasted Salmon with Not Just Salad Dressing
Delightful with any flavor of Not Just Salad Dressing: Lemon Miso, Chili Lime, or Dilly Ranch.
Slow roasting keeps the fish from drying out and the Not Just Salad Dressing amps up the flavor.
1 lb salmon filet
Salt and pepper
½ cup Not Just Salad Dressing
Sesame seeds, to serve
Cilantro, to serve
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees with the rack in the middle position and mist a sheet tray or pyrex baking dish with cooking spray. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place on the prepared tray. Slowly roast the salmon until it turns opaque and flakes with a fork, 30-35 minutes.
Transfer to a platter, drizzle with the dressing, and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro
