
Chili Lime Watermelon Feta Wedge Salad

We love the sweet/salty/slightly-spicy combo of juicy watermelon and briny feta drizzled with Chili Lime not just salad dressings, and topped with fresh mint.
This fun take on a wedge salad has a beautiful presentation comes together in a snap.

Ingredients
1 seedless mini watermelon, quartered, rinds removed, or 4 large serving-size wedges from a larger melon.
1 tsp Tajin seasoning

4 Tbsp Not Just Chili Lime Dressing, plus more to serve ( 1 per wedge)
½ cup crumbled feta
½ cup mint leaves, torn if large
Directions
Using a flexible blade knife (if you have one) carefully cut the watermelon fruit away from the rind.
Place the prepared watermelon slices on individual plates and sprinkle with Tajin. Drizzle with Chili Lime dressing, and sprinkle with feta and mints.
Serve with a fork and steak knife!
